We only collect the data you actively provide and the minimum technical data needed to serve the site:

• Contact form data: the name, email address and message you submit when contacting us.
• Technical data: when you load the site, your browser shares an IP address and basic device/browser information with our hosting and the third-party services described below.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not build marketing profiles.

3. Why we use it and the legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering messages you send us.
• To keep the website secure and available. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the site.

4. Third-party services

To deliver this site we rely on a few processors, each with its own privacy terms:

• Form handling (e.g. Formspree) — receives and forwards the contact-form submissions to us.
• Web hosting / CDN — serves the website and processes server logs (including IP addresses).
• Google Fonts & Google Maps — loading fonts and the embedded office map may transmit your IP address to Google.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then delete them, unless we are legally required to retain them for longer.

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability.
